Consignment means you bring in items to sell and the consignee (seller) will choose and sell items for you, retaining a portion of the proceeds. When your item sells, you get your percentage of the proceeds back in cash or store credit.

Bring your CLEAN pre-loved items in a bag to the store WITHOUT hangers to allow us to get your items out more quickly. Maximum 2 black garbage bags per drop off.

We will go through everything with you and select items for resale based on season, condition, quality, brand and style.

Please note you need at least 4 sell-able items to open an account or 1 luxury item.

Your account will be set up under YOUR name. Only YOU can process Drop Offs and Returns as it MUST be your signature on all signed slips and contract. Contract will be given you to read and sign at time of drop off. We will then get your items entered into our inventory and set the price (this can take anywhere from 1 day to 50 days depending on volume). We give 90 days for your items to sell. You will receive 40% pay on items sold during this time frame. After 90 days you may extend your items for additional 60 days by calling our store requesting an extension. After the initial 90 days you will receive 30% for the first 30 days of extension and 20% on the second 30 days of extension from the sale of your items. Once entered into contract and your items have been inventoried, you may not take back your items until the consignment period has been completed or $3.00 fee will be charged per returned item.

YOU are RESPONSIBLE for following up on the status of your items. Items expire after 90 days and luxury items after 180 days. All expired and unclaimed items are subject to donation or become part of store inventory without notice. Account payout balances expire after 365 days.

Please note we are not a charity. We cannot donate the items you bring in that we do not select for resale.
Consignment Terms

Drop offs are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday through Friday by CALLING the store location directly. No drop offs are booked on weekends and statutory holidays. Appointments cannot be made by email.

We take in a variety of contemporary/on trend clothing, footwear and accessories (mid to high-end labels).

We take men’s & women’s at our 17th Ave location.

We do not take bridal wear, lingerie, swimwear, ski/snowboard wear, low-end brands, or non-authentic designer items. Items must be clean, “in season”, in style and have no wear, pilling, holes, stains, pet hair, or scuffs (ready to sell condition).

We will take items from trusted sources only. The best candidates for consigning are people who shop often, buy mid-high-end brands, and can bring in items every season.

Items that don’t sell within original 90 days plus 60 extension days will become store inventory or will be donated. We will donate all items that are found to be in a non sell-able condition (we can miss things occasionally), but will return designer label items upon request. Designer label returns are subject to donation if not picked up. All luxury items that don’t sell may remain with the store up to 1 year if extended by consignor after original 180 days, or returned. All such items are subject to donation if not picked up. Please talk to us about extending the consignment period and do not neglect your account as all expired and neglected items are subject to donation without notice. Consignment Terms

You can apply your credit to a purchase anytime or request a payout prior to balance expiry. Uncollected balances expire after 365 days. Payouts are processed by cash if under $50 or e-transfer for amounts of $50 and higher. We pay maximum $1,000.00 per payout per month. Remaining balance will be paid in $1,000.00 increments monthly until amount is paid in full.

At Victoria Park
If you’re going East on 10th Avenue just pull up by the store and park on 10th Avenue or go around the block and park on 3rd Street or 11th Avenue. If you’re just running in to drop off you can pull into the alley (going North on Macleod turn into the alley by the drug store).

At 17th Ave
There are options! Choose from street parking on 17th Ave, or the parking lot across the street beside Cibo. Consignors dropping by for appointments can easily park directly in front of the store.
